He is survived by: his wife Dorine Pollard Cadwallader; his children, Scott (Karen), David Cadwallader (Albina) and Renee Arthur (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Davey, Cody (Lexi), Taylor (Mackenzie), Andrew, Rachel, Elise, William (Caroline) and Reecey; his great grandchildren, Madeline, Olivia and Charlee Nova; and his brother Dick.
