He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Orlando and Caroline Orlando (Turnbull); and his son Jeffrey Orlando. He is survived by: his wife Helen Orlando (Hall); his daughter Charlotte Miller (Harry) of Lindley, NY; his sister Barbara Westervelt (Bob); and his nephew Robbie Westervelt (Lisa). He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
