She was predeceased by: her husband Earl O. Cubbage; her son William Frinsco; her siblings, Robert, Walter, Helen, Chester, Stella and Norman; and her parents, Walter Usiak and Aneila "Nellie" Usiak (Stasiak).

She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn Herschk (Ralph); and her grandchildren, Ralph Jr., Shannon, Kathy, Shelly and William Jr.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
