He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Tish" Coulehan; his parents, Donald Coulehan and Eleanor Coulehan; and his sister Donna Hines (William). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kristy Levy, Scott Levy and Gary Golembiewski; his grandchildren, Raymond Levy, Adalynn DelDuca and Scott Levy; his siblings, Michael Coulehan (Eileen), Daniel Coulehan (Linda) and Maureen Coulehan (Lloyd Holden); and his siblings' children, Matthew Coulehan (Laura), Erin Carter (Rusty), Sean Coulehan (Brieann), Daniel Coulehan (Lindsay), Patrick Coulehan (Megan), Amanda Williams (Alex), Elizabeth Hines and Jason Coulehan (Corrissa). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM at the St Martin Cemetery (1050 Elkton St, Pittsburgh, PA 15220).
Donations in memory of Mark may be made to Huntington's Disease.
