We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2019, at the age of 62, Philip Rybar (Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert S. Rybar and Rose B. Rybar (Nied); and his brother David P.. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Rutkowski (Rick), Pamela Huwalt (Skip), Raymond Rybar and Gregory A. Rybar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pets for Vets, P. O. Box 10860, Wilmington, NC 28404.
