He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Grochalski (Lascola); his son Robert E. "Robbie" Grochalski; his parents, Sylvia Grochalski and Wroblewski; and his nephew Michael.
He is survived by: his son Jason R. "Jug" Grochalski; his grandson Dante Yobst; his great grandchildren, Christian and Brett Yobst; his sibling's children, Anthony Ceoffe (Nina Puccio), Lisa Marie Ceoffe (late Edward Lapinski) and Mark Ceoffe; his brother Tom Grochalski (Terri); and his nephews, Jay (Ally) and Craig Grochalski.
