He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Spangler and Elnora Spangler; his son Terrell Spangler; and his brother Ralph Spangler. He is survived by : his wife Michele Spangler; his daughter Tammy (David Gruber); his stepdaughter Kirsten (Eric Chapin); his sister Patricia Roeske (Pat); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Spangler, Miranda Snyder, Drew Chapin, Kyle Chapin and Brooke Chapin.
