She was predeceased by: her husband Conrad P. Horn, Sr.; her parents, Warren Wenger and Elsie Wenger (Mohn); her sons, Michael and James Horn; and her sisters, Elaine Wolfe and Shirley Wenger.
She is survived by: her sons, Conrad Horn, Jr. (Laurie), Patrick Horn (Theresa), David Horn, Joseph Horn (Christen) and William Horn (Joanne); and her siblings, Nancy Merkey (Harry) and Warren Wenger, Jr.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
