He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Calvin and Mae Isabella Webber (Schucker); and his siblings, Phyllis Whitten and George Webber. He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Webber of Los Angeles, CA, Roslyn Webber (Sharon Salembier) of Troy, NY, Jacquelyn Valencia (José Valente) of Los Angeles, CA and Jocelyn Ross (Randall) of Cresco, PA; the mother of his children Evelyn Webber (Mabry) of Myerstown; and his grandchildren, Nicolas Valencia, Vivian Ross, Margaret Webber, Jefferson Ross, Luciana Valencia and Gabriel Valencia. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
