She is survived by: her children, Carl Fortna (Michelle), John Fortna, Jr., David Fortna (Audrey), Michelle Fortna (Dennis Runkle) and Mike Folmer; her grandchildren, Amanda Carpenter (A. J.), Brett Fortna, Natasha Shaw and Kate Fortna; her great grandchildren, Owen, Kierra, Jaelynn, Amiah, Anastazija, Mya, Kyrin and Julian; her brother Carl Weihs; and her close friends, Lorraine Finnegan, Susan Drupp and Aileen Fortna.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Blanche's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
