He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel G. Kurtz and Alice Susan Kurtz (Potteiger). He is survived by: his wife Judith Kurtz (Miller); his children, Ann Kurtz Judd (Jeffrey Judd) and David Samuel Kurtz (Wendy); his granddaughter Julie Judd Bota (Bill Bota); his children, Jennifer Judd Reyes (Eric Reyes), Cody David Kurtz (Kayla) and Jackson Hunter Kurtz; and his great grandchildren, David Elijah Kurtz, Lilian Elizabeth Kurtz, Daniel Levi Kurtz, Brielle Alinafe Bota and Josephine Judith Reyes.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to St. Andrews Church or your favorite charity.
