He is survived by: his children, Delmar Wise, Jr. (Amy Rodriguez) and Shannon Mallin (Leon Duncan); his grandchildren, Sabrina Young-Wise, Billy Blair, III, Tommy Blair and Sammy Blair; his great grandchild Sabrina McCotty; his sibling's children, Doreen Wise, Sherri Steffy (Michael) and Steven Wise; and his friend Karen Wolfe.
