She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Morris Rankin and Elsie Gladys Rankin (Widger). She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Tedd" Stopinski; her daughters, Tina Phelps (Tharon Balsbaugh) and Dawn Bode (Mike); her grandchildren, Ashley Rasmussen, Thomas Dideriksen (Ellie), George E. Phelps IV, Victoria Rothenberg (Michael) and Michael Bode; her great grandchildren, Everleigh Dianna Marsteller, Gawain Elowyn Acker, Madison May, Lillianna Grace and Arielle Eierene; her sister Barbara Powell; and her nieces, Paula Cole (Mark) and Heather Wakefield.
