He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Arnold (Hollinger); and his parents, Eugene Arnold and Catherine Arnold (Levengood). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Herb (Jeffrey L.), Gregory A. Arnold (Amy J.), Christopher P. Arnold (Kim L.), David V. Arnold (Anne M.) and Daniel E. Arnold (Debra L.); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer, Joseph, Laura, Amanda, Christina, Erika, Brendan and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Willow and Ryan; and his siblings, Thomas E. Arnold, Robert J. Arnold, Marian L. Engle and Judy M. Seibert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eugene's name may be made to St. Mary's Church at the above address.
