She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel W. Yocum and Hilda Yocum (Sholley); her siblings, Anna E. Brown and William R. Yocum; and her niece Marluss P. Brown.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Carolyn H. Yocum; her nephews, Darryl M. (Carol Brown), Myerstown and Dennis A. (Jodie Yocum); and her niece Maria (Joseph Carlson) of Lancaster.

“Jan and I were good friends at the Milltown Church She taught our Sunday School class there for many years.. We attended many UMW assembly and other meeting together. Always enjoyed her company and had a great time with her. She was a very good person and will be missed by everyone. Jo Ann Knedler”
