It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn M. Kramer of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Kramer; her parents, Earl R. Smith and Sadie M. Smith (Snyder); her son-in-law Jeffrey Morrow; and her grandson Christopher Morrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonita L. Morrow and Beverley L. (Terry Lutz); her grandson Thomas Morrow; and her great grandchildren, Tommy and Evelyn.
