It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. Hoffman Jr. of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 21, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Hoffman and Arlene Hoffman (Arnold); and his brothers, Franklin and Thomas Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Jean Hoffman (Kury); his children, Jodi Hartranft (Martin Hartranft), John A. Hoffman (Keisha) and Jessica M. Cruz (Santos Cruz); his grandchildren, Amber, Hunter, Kayden, Zoey, Noah and Nadia; and his siblings, James Hoffman and Maryann Sonnon (Hoffman). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Church (120 E Lehman St, Lebanon, PA 17046). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Gertrudes Cemetery (610 E Maple St, Lebanon, PA 17046).
