He is survived by: his brother Jonathan Schauer (Emily); his parents, Donna Rueppel and Scott Schauer (Sherri); his grandparents, Harry Rueppel, Howard Schauer (MaryAnn) and Agnes Dohner (William); his nephew Everett; and his niece June. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
