She was predeceased by : her husband Harvey Hurst; and her parents, Samuel Frederick and Mabel Frederick. She is survived by : her children, Deborah Nevill (Francis Nevill) and Jon Hurst (Sharon Hurst). She is also survived by four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
