He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward D. Culbert and Catherine L. Culbert (Holland); his siblings, Donald Culbert, Kerry Culbert, Newton Culbert, Jill and Ernajane Culbert; his nephew Dee Culbert; and his grandson Michael Culbert.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Culbert (Dry); his children, Peter K. Culbert, Tracey Zehring and Kristin Winters; his stepchildren, Sheri Black and Glenn Crockett; and his sister-in-law Mag Culbert. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces, and a nephew.
