She was predeceased by: her husband Richard P. Wert; her parents, George Davis and Viola Barrett (Earp); and her siblings, Jeremiah Davis, William Reinhart, Gladys Sutch and Mary Rhoades.
She is survived by: her son Richard Wert (Lori); her granddaughter Heather Maldonado (Juan); and her great grandchildren, Miranda, Madison and Freddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
