He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Lazarski and Mildred Lazarski (Simcizen). He is survived by: his children, Brian and Laurieann; and his sisters, Lois Ann Buhay (Harry) and Michelle Greenawalt (Will). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
