He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Neubauer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Florence Moyer; his spouse Gerald T. Moyer; his stepfather Gerald; his brothers, Charles (Agatha), Michael, Scott and David; and his close friend Dottie DItzler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
