He was predeceased by : his sister Lisa Royer. He is survived by : his parents, Donald Sr. Stoudt and Charlotte Stoudt (Allwein); and his siblings, Kim Powell, Karen M. Ream (Ed) and Donald R. Stoudt, II (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas' name may be made to the Lebanon VFW Post 23, 718 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
