He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rhoads (Shindel); his son Matthew Rhoads; his daughter-in-law Sara Rhoads; his daughter Ashley Hartman; his grandchildren, Olivia, Jozalynn, Cardyn, Piper and Remington; and his great grandchild Ronin.
