She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin L. Smith and Ella M. Aungst Smith; her husband Randall L. Achey; and her siblings, Mary Rutter, Martin L. Smith, Jr. and Alden F. Smith.
She is survived by : her siblings, Betty Heilman, Jacqueline Fischer, Marilyn Schauer, Naomi Clemens and Leroy Smith; and her niece Wendy Steiner (Edward). She is also survived by several other Nieces and Nephews.
