She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lukehart and Lois Lukehart (Blose). She is survived by: her children, Brian Thompson (Kelly) of Point Marion and Jamie Cunningham of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Bailey Sijtsma (Nick) and Lucas Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Casimir and Evren Sijtsma.
