She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive C. Rugh, (Livengood) and James D. Rugh, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Shera J. Arner of Leechburg and Olive Bota of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Drake Long, Zane Long, Alvie Eshelman II, Scarlette Arner, Dustin Rugh, Merle Waldenville, Bethany Waldenville, Mason Arner and Brayden Arner; her great grandchild Oliver Nabors; her siblings, James D. Rugh Jr. (Doreen) of New Kensington, Elizabeth Wheeler of Kittanning, John W. Rugh (Mary) of Vandergrift, Tammy Rugh of West Leechburg and Margaret Fountain (Russell) of Spring Church; and her pet Freckles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
