He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine A. Henry Sr. and Betty Lewis Henry; his friends, Tony Schill and Dink Mealy; and his close friend Neil Sneeringer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jocelynn Stockdill (Bill) of Tionesta and Katie Henry (Blake Marsh) of Sligo; his grandchildren, Blaine Fauzey, Ellie Stockdill and Tate Marsh; his siblings, Pam Henry of Hubbard, Gary Henry of Leeper, Marie Silsbe Paroz (Terry) of Hubbard, Jannifer Henry Wick of Chesapeake, VA and Todd Henry (Vikki) of Corsica; the mother of his children Debbie Henry of Lucinda; and his close friends, Doug Carter, Eric George and Jacob Porcenaluk. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
