He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Catherine Byerly (Zalewski) and Charles John Byerly; his wife Nancy (Early); his siblings, Arthur, Theodore and Clara May Byerly; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Clara May, Isaac Philip Bradley Byerly and Victor Padden (Ruby).
He is survived by: his sister Grace Ann Byerly; his children, Nancy Hahn (James), Susan McGee (Thomas), Jean-Marie Padden (James), Charles Byerly (Ann), Ruth Gerhardt, Audrey Byerly, Pauline Hoffman (Richard), David Byerly (Darla), LindaMay Schnell (DeWitt) and Robert Byerly (Viola); his grandchildren, Jaimee See, Nicole Lea, Gregory McGee, Jenni Theleen, Ari Wolf, Nancy Padden-Mince, Rita, Victoria, Veronica Padden, Charles, Caroline, Benjamin Gerhardt, Richard, Charlotte Hoffman, Julia, Rachel, Meghan Byerly, Jane Burkett, Paige Price and Lydia Byerly; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Torkeo, Delaney, Mason, Michael McGee, Axel Theleen and Colleen Padden.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Borland-Ensminger Funeral Home, Inc. (32936 PA-66, Leeper, PA 16233). A Mass was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (117 T-627, Crown, PA 16220). A burial was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (117 T-627, Crown, PA 16220).
