He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley A. Schlappich (Miller); and his parents, John D. Schlappich and Kathryn Schlappich (Younker). He is survived by: his sons, Keith A. Schlappich, Tilden Twp, Kevin L. Schlappich (Sandy), Kirk J. Schlappich (Alana), Arizona and Kirby T. Schlappich; his grandchildren, Jesse, Kayla and Luke; and his sister Faye Stoudt (Luther) of Muncy, PA.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
