He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Roth and Betty J. Roth (Wolfe); and his siblings, Marcia Plucker (Roth) and Herbert Bruce Roth. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Roth (Heinsey); his daughters, LeAnn M. Shoemaker (Dennis R.) and Kimberly J. Andrikanich (Geoffrey M.); his grandchildren, John, Thomas, Samuel, Rebecca, Ashley, Sophia and Brody; his great grandchildren, Everett and Olive; and his brother Nelson Roth.
