She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harry O'Neill; her sons, James, Jacob and Max; her stepsons, Joe and Nick; her parents, Mary Toni Spadafora and David Weidner; her stepparent Claire Guyot; her siblings, Stella, Jerry, Stephen, Jed, John and Luke; and her siblings' children, Gabriella, Victoria, Zachary, Nathaniel, Sam and Leo.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church (740 Cherry St, West Reading, PA 19611).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to Berks Catholic High School, Attn: Development Office, 955 E. Wyomissing Blvd., Reading, PA 19611.
