He was predeceased by: his father Michael J. Ruppert, Sr.; and his siblings, Dennis A. Ruppert and Michele E. Kunkel (Ruppert). He is survived by: his spouse Toni A. Ruppert (Farina); his mother Carol J. Ruppert Becker (Grieg); his children, Nicole S. Williams (Christopher G. Leslie) and Michael J. Ruppert, III; his grandchildren, Jude Williams, Violet Ruppert and Michael J. Ruppert, IV; and his siblings, David S. Ruppert (Elaine), Randy L. Ruppert, Suzanne Balthaser (Jeff) of Statesville, NC, Margaret Becker (Craig) of Conover, NC, Timothy Ruppert (Beverly), Christopher Ruppert (Sheila), Joel Ruppert, Heater Biehl (Bradley) and Sara Ruppert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. (223 Peach St, Leesport, PA 19533). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Zion's Cemetery (318 Spies Church Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
