She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Menzies and Agnes Menzies (Murray); her husband Charles D. Shively; her children, Gary V. Shively of Allentown and Nancy R. Rees (David) of Newburyport, MA; her grandchildren, Liam A. G. Rees and Anna S. G. Rees of Newburyport, MA; and her son David W. Shively.
