She was predeceased by: her husband Martin F. Augustine; her parents, John Grossbauer and Mary Grossbauer (Wolfel); and her siblings, Ernestine Gerancher, John and Edward.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan A. (Robert Bender), Diane M. Silfies and Martina (Bruce Biechy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to the church in loving memory of Hermina.
