With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew S. Race in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2021 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul E. Race; his sister Dorothy Ellen Race; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Rosemarie Hanzl. He is survived by: his spouse Michele Race (Hanzl); his mother Florence D. Race (Moffitt); his children, Ty Race and Adrien R. Olsen; his siblings, Paul Race (Joan), Michael Race (Kimberly), Brenda Crist (Earl) and Mary Shaneberger (Charlie); and his brothers-in-law, Scott Hanzl (Cindy), Curt Hanzl (Robyn) and Barry Hanzl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
