He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Ballard and Anna Mae Ballard (Fisher); his wife Janice Ballard; his close friend Evangeline Noll; his daughter Raylene Grazer; and his brother Warren Ballard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlann Warmkessel (Terry) and Monda Bilger (Mark); his son-in-law Peter Grazer; his grandchildren, Janice Burdi (Joseph) and Brock Bilger (Kristina); and his great grandchildren, Jace Burdi, Jared Burdi, Brooklyn Boone, Kenzie and Kylie Bilger.
