She is survived by: her husband Bernard Mieczkowski of Lehighton; her children, Brian Mieczkowski of Lehighton and Emily Patrick (Matthew Patrick); her grandchildren, Maci and Matthew Patrick of Lehighton; and her siblings, Donald Lauer Jr. of Nesquehoning and Jamie Kassler (Bernard Kassler) of Lehighton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
