He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leiby and Anne Leiby (Kemner). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Leiby; his children, Benjamin Leiby of Philadelphia and Elizabeth Leiby of Lewistown Valley; and his siblings, Jonathan Leiby (Kim) of Hico and Roxanne Farrell (Ron) of Lewistown Valley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
