He is survived by: his wife Dale Moulthrop (Smith); his daughters, Kelly Hamm (Mark), Heather Blymire (Brendan) and Jamie Lewis (Bill); and his grandchildren, Jake Lewis, Ella Blymire and Eve Blymire.
