Grace I. Fallon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace I. Fallon of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 26, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Grace shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Grace farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Greene and Betty Louise Greene (Andreas); her son Ryan Smith; and her brothers, Milton "Bup" Greene and Roger "Peanut" Greene.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas J. Fallon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren. 1great grandson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (7860 Center St, Slatington, PA 18080).
