He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Brougher and Frieda Brougher (Swinderman). He is survived by: his daughter Maeann Elise Brougher (Matthew Tong) of Whitehall; and his sister Janet Brougher of Lehighton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Follow the Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (300 Alum St, Lehighton, PA 18235).
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the Trinity Lutheran Church Food Pantry or Thrift Store, 175 South 3rd Street Lehighton, PA 18235.
