She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen A. Moore; and her parents, Richard W. Horn and Jean M. Horn (Carrigan). She is survived by: her siblings, Roxanne (Robert Leffler) of Lehighton and Richard Horn; her nephew Kyle Leffler; her nieces, Allison (Steve Lienhard) and Kristin Leffler; and her great-nieces, Grace and Hannah Lienhard.
