He was predeceased by : his wife Ruth A. Lacene Fogel (Felker); his parents, Harvey N. Fogel and Flora E. Fogel (Eckhart); and his siblings, June E. Boger, Phyllis Haydt and Harvey Evan Fogel.

He is survived by : his daughters, Bambi L. (Duane Elsasser) of Lehighton and Kimberly L. (Michael Kunkle) of DeLeon Springs. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 Great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Memorial Contributions in his honor may be made to Faith Alive UMC, 678 Pine St. Palmerton, Pa. 18071.
