He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin H. Keil Jr. (FL) and Sharon Keil (Steudl) of MD; and his brother Michael Ruth (MD). He is survived by: his wife Michelle (Sawyer) Keil (PA); his children, Madison Keil and Melvin H. Keil IV (DE); his stepdaughter Shannon Harris (PA); and his stepmother Lois Keil (FL).
