She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest D. Schafer and Verna M. Schafer (Green); her children, Wanda Allen and Keith Neff; and her sister Joan Wentz.
She is survived by: her children, Sharlene Conarty (Ronald) of Lehighton, Robert Neff (Donna) of Lehighton and Craig Neff of Georgia; and her siblings, Emma Heckman (Frank) of Effort, Sally Whiteman of Palmerton and Robert Schafer of Palmerton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
