He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur R. "Mack" McWhinney and Helen "Tachie" McWhinney (Novak). He is survived by : his wife Regina M. (Williams); his children, Thomas A. McWhinney, Jr. (Michelle) and Jennifer L. Slivka (Michael) of Macungie; and his grandchildren, Madison, Anthony, Kamryn, Corrine and Andon.
