He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne W. Bard and Shirley A. Bard (Maun); his son Timothy M. Bard; his nephew Chad Bard; and his sister Teressa Ann Bard.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby I. Bard (Mellott); his son Joel L. Bard (Marci) of Mercersburg; his brother Steve E. Bard (Melva J.) of Fort Loudon, PA.; his mother-in-law Betty Mellott; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Dysinger (Eric) and Penny Mellott; and his nephews, Cole Yoder (Miranda) and Easton Bard.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fries Funeral Home Inc. (47 N Park Ave, Mercersburg, PA 17236). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
