He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney E. Fox and Ferne Fox (Dilling); and his husband Rickey L. Holtzapple. He is survived by: his sister Dawn A. Fox of Windber.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (626 Williams Grove Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
